Lake Worth Beach Tide Information for Tuesday June 23 Through Thursday June 25

As you can see from above, the low tide Wednesday is at 8:31 AM and the other, later low tide that day would be at 8:54 PM, though I doubt you would be at the beach at that hour! Personally, I find it best if you get to the beach a tad earlier than the low tide so, that way you can enjoy the full low tide and transition from low tide(and eventually the rise to high tide if you stay long enough).
